Grantown-on-Spey, Balmenach Distillery, Major Variation - Liquor licence applications

1. Amend Q 5(a) to add bar meals within core licensed hours.
2. Amend Q 5(b) to add club or other group meetings outwith core licensed hours.
3. Amend the free text box below Q 5(e) to reflect the following wording: "Activities may take place outwith core licensed hours as required".
4. Amend 5(f) to reflect the following wording: "The following may take place within and outwith core licensed hours: deliveries; collections; take aways; community events; corporate events; markets; craft fairs; product launches; charity events; fundraising events; retail; tastings; tours; sampling; private dining; educational activities; external catering; and receptions including exhibitions of Scottish music and dance, comedians, dinners, lunches, tasting and food matchings.  The premises may be open from 09.00 hrs for formal or tutored tasting sessions and only to customers taking part in such a tasting session."
5. Amend Q 6(d) to reflect the following wording: Children and young persons will be allowed entry at all times.
6. Amend Q 7 to reflect the following capacity: on sales - 165 persons and off sales 10m2.
7. Amend layout plans to reflect a reduction of the licensed space and reconfiguration of the area, along with all other ancillary changes.
8. Amend description as follows: "Licensed space within the wider complex in Grantown-on-Spey".
9. Add seasonal variations.
