Maryburgh, Cottage Bar and Restaurant, Major Variation - Liquor licence applications

Amend the layout plan to extend the licensed footprint to include the whole enclosed garden as an outdoor drinking area and include existing converted shed, and also include two bedroom cottage; amend description of premises on licence; add off sales with hours of 1000 hrs to 2200 hours daily; amend on sales hours to terminate at 0100 hrs daily; add accommodation, conference facilities and televised sport as activities provided during and outwith core licensed hours; add restaurant, bar meals, receptions and outdoor drinking as activities provided also outwith core licensed hours; remove gaming as an activity provided on the premises; add explanation for activities held outwith core licensed hours and add list of other activities to be provided on the premises; add breakdown for on sales capacity at Q7; amend children and young persons policy; amend seasonal variation.
