Statutory adoption pay

If you are adopting a child and have worked for the same employer for at least 26 weeks and earning at least £109 per week before tax, you may be entitled to statutory Adoption Pay.

Statutory maternity pay

You may be entitled to statutory maternity pay if you have been employed by the same employer for more than 26 weeks into the qualifying week (15th) before your baby is due and you earn £109 or more per week before tax.
