A licence is required for the sale of meals or refreshments to the public between the hours of 11pm and 5am. This is for consumption both on and off the premises.

You will need:
- a credit or debit card
- to have read the guidance notes
- details of current licence (if applying for a renewal)
The application fee for a late hours catering licence is £497.00 (for a 3 year licence)
The application fee for a temporary late hours catering licence is £248.50 (A temporary licence is valid for a maximum of 6 weeks)
