Applications for licence

Please ensure that you read the Privacy Notice before submitting a request for a licence.

Please read the new metal dealer guidance issued by the Scottish Government relating to changes in metal and itinerant metal dealer licensing coming into effect on 1 September 2016

You will need:

  • Credit or debit card
  • Plans or layout of premises
  • Previous licence details
  • Guidance notes for fixed premises or Guidance notes no fixed premises
  • Certificate of compliance
