You will need:
- a credit or debit card
- to have read the gidance notes
- passport photo
- letter of consent from site owner (if applicable)
- location plan (if applicable)
- certificate of compliance (food safety)
- details of current licence
The application fee for a street trader's licence for the sale of non-food items is £397.00 (for a 3 year licence)
The application fee for a street trader's licence for the sale of food items is £523.00 (for a 3 year licence). This includes the fee of £126.00 in respect of a certificate of compliance which is issued by the Council's Environmental Health Service once they have inspected the vehicle/unit.
The application fee for an employee's street trader's licence is £156.00 (for a 3 year licence)
The application fee for a temporary street trader' licence for the sale of non-food items is £198.50 (A temporary licence is valid for a maximum of 6 weeks)
The application fee for a temporary street trader' licence for the sale of non-food items is £324.00 (A temporary licence is valid for a maximum of 6 weeks). This Includes the fee of £126.00 in respect of a certificate of compliance which is issued by the Council's Environmental Health Service once they have inspected the vehicle/unit.
