A838 Tongue 30mph speed limit extension - Road safety team consultations

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that The Highland Council proposes to make an Order in terms of Section 84 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 entitled as above.

If the Order comes into force, the Order will introduce a 30mph speed limit on the following section of road:

Route – A0838 – LAIRG – TONGUE ROAD. Commencing at a point 30 metres or thereby north of St Andrews Glebe junction and extending generally northwards for 495 metres or thereby.

All objections to the proposals must be made in writing and must specify the grounds of objection on or before 12th September 2023.
