B9176, U1907, U1917 Ardross 50mph speed limit Order 2025 - Road safety team consultations

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that The Highland Council proposes to make an Order in terms of Section 84 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 entitled as above. If the Order comes into force, the Order will introduce a 50mph speed limit on the following roads in Ardross over their entire length, unless stated otherwise below:

Route B9176, NOVAR TOLL - ARDROSS – AULTNAMAIN - MID FEARN ROAD From a point 332m north-east of its junction with the U1917, extending in a south-westerly direction for a distance of 716m or thereby.

Route U1907, STRATH RUSDALE ROAD, ARDROSS From its junction with the U1917, extending in a westerly direction for a distance of 926m or thereby.

Route U1917, ARDROSS – INCHINDOWN, ARDROSS From its junction with the U1907, extending in an easterly direction for a distance of 820m or thereby.
