Any new or revised policy, practice or strategic decision relating to the delivery of Council services are considered for impacts at an early stage. As of 1 July 2024 The Highland Council implemented a new integrated approach to carrying out impact assessments which includes a stage 1 Screening process, and stage 2 Full Impact Assessment. As part of this new approach we only publish stage 2 Full Impact Assessments.
