Highland UK Shared Prosperity Fund

The UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF) is a UK-wide investment programme launched in April 2022. It provides £2.6 billion over three years to support local communities and economies.

The Highland Council has been allocated £9.44 million to invest in local projects until March 2025. Our investment plan was developed with input from partners across the region and focuses on four key areas:

  • Communities and Places
  • Supporting Local Businesses
  • People and Skills
  • Multiply
