Flooding advice
If you believe your home or business may be at risk of flooding, we recommend taking early action. Sandbags are available from most local builders’ merchants, and there are several trusted sources of advice to help you prepare.
We prioritise support for those most at risk, including vulnerable members of the community. If you know someone who is frail or otherwise vulnerable and affected by flooding, contact us as soon as possible.
Where resources allow, we will also aim to provide filled sandbags to those in greatest need.
