Health and Social Care Partnership
We offer help, support and advice to older people through the Highland Health and Social Care Partnership (HCSP).
The HSCP is a collaboration between The Highland Council and NHS Highland, established in 2012. Under a lead agency model, NHS Highland is responsible for delivering adult health and social care services, while The Highland Council retains statutory responsibilities through the Chief Social Work Officer.
This partnership ensures that adults across the Highland region receive integrated, person-centred care that supports their health, independence, and wellbeing.
