Health visitors including Family Nurse Partnership
The Health Visiting Service in Highland provides professional care, support, and advice to promote and achieve health and wellbeing for pre-school children. The service is available to antenatal women and pre-school children and their families.
Each Family Team represents an Associated School Group (ASG) which are Secondary School catchment areas.
The Family Nurse Partnership is a home visiting programme for first time mums aged 20 and under and their families.
