If you are physically unable to move your bins and have no one else in your household who can help, you may be eligible for an assisted bin collection.
We will collect your bins from an agreed location on your property, such as your back door.
Who can apply
You can apply if:
- you are unable to move your bins due to a physical condition
- no one else living in your home is able to help
How to apply
Download and complete the application form:
Return your completed form to your local area office. Addresses are listed at the end of the form.
What happens next
We will use the information you provide to assess your eligibility and manage the service.
If your request is approved we will:
- confirm the collection point on your property
- contact you every two years to check if you still need the service
Your information will be stored securely and only shared if required by law.
