What to check before you report
Before you report your missed bin, check that:
- your bin was out by 7am
- it was placed at the correct collection point
- the lid was shut and it was not overflowing
- there is no sticker on the bin saying it was too full or contained the wrong items
If any of these apply, your bin may not have been collected.
