Access your rent account online
Use Housing Online to manage your rent account in the Highlands. You can use it to:
- view your rent balance
- pay your rent
- see your payment history
- see your Housing Benefit information
- see Universal Credit housing payments
- print a paper direct debit form
You need a mygovscot myaccount to use Housing Online.
What you will need
You will need your rent account reference number. You can find this on your most recent rent statement.

Sign in
If you already have an account, sign in using your mygovscot myaccount username and password.
Register an account
You only need to register once. This should take around ten minutes.
To register, you must sign in or create a mygovscot myaccount.
