• Looking for efficiencies in the programming of works while managing individual projects to make sure they deliver a quality product within approved budgets and time scales
• Making sure property stock is maintained in the optimum condition within available budgets through the adoption of a strategic approach to capital and revenue investment which reflects our asset management strategy
• Making sure health and safety responsibilities in relation to the day to day operation of properties are managed effectively
