Working with us
Our team relies on consultants and contractors from the private sector to support and complement our work.
Getting paid
We understand the importance of cash flow and aim to ensure prompt payment is made for works done. Our suppliers can assist by submitting invoices promptly making sure that our works order or project code is referenced. For consultants it will be helpful if the invoice is submitted to the appointing Principal (project manager, architect, or quantity surveyor). For contractors it will be helpful if the invoice is addressed to the contract administrator (works over £50,000) or maintenance officer (works under £50,000).
Contractors
Construction works carried out range from planned and emergency maintenance, to major new build and refurbishment projects. Projects can range in value from a few hundred to several million pounds.Should your company wish to bid for construction work with us of value greater than £50,000, you should register with Public Contracts Scotland and create alerts for the value range and type of work that you would like to do.
