We aim to make our organisation a more sustainable and energy efficient organisation, reducing its energy costs, carbon emissions and impact on the environment and overall reducing its carbon footprint.
Integrated working
The Energy and Sustainability Team are committed to a co-operative approach with service colleagues. Effective and efficient enterprise relies on us moving forward as a whole with a determination to understand and tackle climate change across all levels of responsibility. We work with other services across the council to achieve shared goals and targets in the following work streams:
