Badenoch and Strathspey local plan

The Badenoch and Strathspey Local Plan was adopted in September 1997. Parts of it continued in force from April 2012 when the Highland-wide Local Development Plan was adopted. However, as a result of the adoption of the Inner Moray Firth Local Development Plan in July 2015, the Badenoch and Strathspey Local Plan is no longer in force. The Cairngorms National Park Authority (CNPA) have their own plan which covers the parts of Badenoch and Strathspey not covered by the Inner Moray Firth Local Development Plan.
