The Delivery and Action Programmes set out the timescales and actions for the delivery of development and infrastructure for each of our local development plans. As a result it constitutes the Action Programmes which are a statutory requirement of the local development plan making process. Their purpose is to provide information for identifying, monitoring and implementing the actions for delivering future growth in Highland. They also help to coordinate public services and other key stakeholders in improving and investing in our future communities.
The more recent Delivery Programme is aligned with the latest Housing Land Audit, which provides information on the forecasted phasing of new housing, and the School Roll Forecasts, which outline the anticipated changes to pupil rolls in primary and secondary schools in Highland.
Inner Moray Firth Local Development Plan (IMF LDP)
The Delivery Programme for the IMF LDP was published on 16 August 2018 and has been updated to provide the latest figures on housing delivery and clearer information on the timing and funding of development and infrastructure projects. It also now identifies which infrastructure projects will be subject to developer contributions requirements.
Caithness and Sutherland Local Development Plan (CaSPlan)

The version below has been updated and amended to take account of the latest information available and we will be taking it to the Sutherland County Committee on 15 November and Caithness Committee on 20 November for approval. We will publish a finalised version shortly afterwards:
