Complaints about planning enforcement
We are committed to improving our performance and dealing promptly with any enquiries. We want the public to be satisfied with the planning enforcement service provided. We welcome any suggestions, concerns or difficulties about the service being communicated to us.
We will investigate any complaints made about the way an enforcement enquiry was dealt with through our corporate complaints procedure. We aim to resolve complaints quickly and at the point of contact and we will give you our decision at Stage 1 in 5 working days or less, unless there are exceptional circumstances. For more complex complaints or for those which are not resolved at Stage 2 we will provide a full response to your complaint within 20 working days.
