About the Property and Assets section
The Property and Assets section is responsible for the management of all of the Highland Council's non-domestic assets. These include schools, leisure centres, offices and depots, as well as all of the roads and bridges with the Highland Council region.
The section is responsible for all maintenance works as well as larger construction projects in relation to the assets mentioned above. The section also provides design and project management functions for larger construction projects.
