Religious or belief ceremonies (including Humanist)
If you are having a religious or belief-based ceremony, (including Humanist), you must still pay legal fees to the Registrar.
These fees cover giving the required legal notice and certificate:
- Non-refundable statutory notice fees - £90 (£45 per person)
- Certificate from the Marriage Register - £10
These fees are non-refundable and must be paid to the District Registrar.
