Minutes of Adjourned Meeting of The Highland Licensing Board – Caithness held in Mowat Room, Assembly Rooms, Wick on 27th March, 2006.

Mr. Alf Gunn, Principal Environmental Health Officer

 

 

1.             Apologies for Absence

 

Apologies for absence were intimated on behalf of Councillor John Green.

 

 

2.             Application for Grant of New Licence – K2 Indian Restaurant, 18 Princes Street, Thurso

 

The Depute Clerk advised the Board that the agent for the applicant had a submission to make.  Mr. Bruce de Wert, Solicitor, Georgesons, acting on behalf of Mr. Gulzah Miah, advised the Board that the application for the grant of a restaurant licence in respect of K2 Indian Restaurant, 18 Princes Street, Thurso was now withdrawn.

 

The Board noted the position.
