1. Apologies for Absence
Apologies for absence were intimated on behalf of Councillor Fernie.
2. Application for Provisional Grant of Licence
An application for the provisional grant of a new licence had been received in respect of the following:-
Applicant: North Hotels Limited and Ms. Beverley Egan, Per Harper Macleod, 45 Gordon Street, Glasgow
Premises - St. Clair Hotel, Sinclair Street, Thurso
Type of Licence - Provisional Hotel Licence
Mr. Douglas Robertson, Solicitor, appeared along with the applicant, and advised that the applicant proposed to undertake extensive alterations to the existing hotel. Following consideration, the Board agreed to grant the provisional licence.
