A site visit by the North Planning Applications Committee will commence at Council Offices, Drummuie, KW10 6TA on Monday, 15 February 2016 at 11.00 am. The application will be determined at a meeting of the North Planning Applications Committee which will take place in the Council Chamber, Council Headquarters, Glenurquhart Road, Inverness on Tuesday, 16 February 2016 at 10.30 am
