Webcast notice: This meeting will be filmed and broadcast over the internet on the Highland Council website and will be archived and available for viewing for 12 months thereafter.
Members are reminded that during determination of a Licensing Board Item, in order to be entitled to participate in any vote, Members must be present throughout all of the proceedings.
Members are further reminded that mobile devices, including mobile phones, can be used for following the agenda/reports and delivering speeches but should not be used for any form of communication (text or tweet) during the meeting.

Minute of the meeting of the Highland Licensing Board held remotely on Tuesday 27 October 2020 at 1.00 pm.

The Board AGREED to GRANT the provisional premises licence subject to the mandatory conditions.
7. Application for personal licence

There had been circulated Report No HLB/071/20 by the Clerk. The applicant had prepared a written submission for the application which was circulated with the Report and Members were given time to read the submission.
The applicant did not attend.

Following discussion, Mrs L MacDonald, seconded by Ms E Knox moved grant of the personal licence.
Mr D Macpherson, moved refusal of the personal licence as he did not consider Mr Tomlin to be a fit and proper person to hold such a licence. There being no seconder the amendment fell.
The Board thereafter AGREED to GRANT the application for a personal licence.
8. Surrender of premises licence

The Board NOTED that the above Premises Licences had been surrendered in terms of Section 28(5)(f).
