A meeting of the South Planning Applications Committee will take place remotely on Tuesday, 2 November 2021 at 9.30 am.

You are invited to attend and a note of the business to be considered is attached.

Members are reminded that during determination of any item before this Committee they must be present throughout the whole of that item in order to be entitled to participate.

    Nature of Development: Housing development – erection of 18 residential units 
The Committee is invited to note the decision of the Reporter to allow the appeal for the reasons stated in the Decision Notice and to grant planning permission subject to conditions, following the signing and registering (or recording) of a planning obligation under section 75 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997, as amended, (or suitable alternative arrangement) to secure the payment of a contribution towards an extension for a single classroom at Caol primary school.
