A meeting of the South Planning Applications Committee will take place remotely on Tuesday, 14 December 2021 at 9.30 am.

Prior to this, a site visit will take place on Monday, 13 December 2021 at 10.30 am for Item 5.1, as follows: 

Applicant: The Highland Council (21/03844/FUL) (PLS/075/21)
Location: Raigmore Hospital, Old Perth Road, Inverness, IV2 3UJ. (Ward 16)
Nature of Development: Construction of Bus and Emergency Service Gate.
Recommendation: Grant

Members are invited to meet at 10.30am, at the end of the public footpath adjacent Churchill Road, Inverness, as shown on the attached map. Only Members in attendance at the site visit will be permitted to participate in the discussion and decision for that item. With regard to parking, it is likely the main car park will be very busy. There is an option to pay £1 for the dedicated Centre for Health Science 1 car park at the northern end of the site, which is conveniently close to the meeting point.

Webcast Notice: The meeting on 14 December 2021 will be filmed and broadcast over the Internet on the Highland Council website and will be archived and available for viewing for 12 months thereafter.

Members are reminded that during determination of any item before this Committee they must be present throughout the whole of that item in order to be entitled to participate.
