The Committee is invited to note progress made against the objectives set within the Highland Local Policing Plan 2023-2026 Year 1, attached as Annex A to this report, for the period covering 1 April 2025 – 31March 2026.

7. Community Asset Transfer Request: Invergordon Town Hall

The Committee is invited to agree the Community Asset Transfer request for Invergordon Town Hall, with the Hall being leased to the Invergordon Development Trust for the period of 99 years at the nominal cost of £1.
