Council staff dig deep to support Highland Hospice

Staff from The Highland Council recently paid a visit to the Highland Hospice to hand over money raised during a special seasonal fundraising day. 

At the last meeting of The Highland Council in 2025, council staff held a big Christmas bake sale, selling a colourful array of tasty treats to staff and councillors. 

The kind-hearted staff also held a charity raffle with lots of generously donated prizes and incredible support was shown for the Highland Hospice by Councillors and staff. 

Will Macrae, Highland Hospice Digital Fundraiser said: “We’re so grateful to The Highland Council team for their amazing £1,640 Christmas fundraiser. Your support truly makes a real difference to Highland Hospice.”
