The MV Corran’s scheduled refit has now been completed, and final sea trials are planned for Friday 6 March 2026. Subject to successful sea trials and weather conditions, she is expected to return to service as soon as possible following her journey home.

A temporary extension has been granted for the Maid of Glencoul’s Passenger Ship Safety Certificate (PC), allowing the relief vessel to continue operating until the MV Corran resumes service. Once the MV Corran returns, the Maid of Glencoul will depart for her own scheduled refit.

If all goes to schedule, the MV Corran will resume service during next week.  An update will be issued as soon as her start date is confirmed.

The Maid of Glencoul is currently operating as normal, and the timetable details and other information is available here.
