No waiting restrictions will be in place on key streets in Beauly, including the A862, Commercial Street and Ferry Road.
Turning restrictions will apply in and around Beauly Square to reduce congestion.
Police officers will be on duty to control traffic on major routes.
Event access and exemptions
The restrictions will not apply to registered Highland Cross participants; emergency service vehicles; and vehicles involved in event traffic management.
Plan ahead
The Highland Council is encouraging motorists to plan journeys in advance, allow extra travel time, and follow signed diversion routes where necessary.
These measures are essential to ensure the safe and successful running of the Highland Cross, one of the region’s most iconic events.
