Car park charges and information
Rose Street multi-storey operates a pay-on-exit system:
- On arrival, take a ticket at the entrance barrier.
- Park on levels 3 to 10 - these are available for public use.
- Keep your ticket with you while you are away from your vehicle.
- When you return, use one of the four pay stations located at the pedestrian entrance opposite the bus station.
- The machine will calculate your parking fee automatically. You can pay using:
- Cash (notes and coins)
- Card (contactless or chip and PIN)
Levels G and 1 (ground floors) are not open to the public. These are reserved for Contract Parking and EV charging only (including Tesla).
Contract parking
We also offer contract parking for regular users of the car park, for a monthly charge.
Opening hours
Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Charges apply at all times.
