Emergency issues

Some faults may be dangerous and need urgent attention.

Call us immediately if you see:

  • broken glass or sharp objects
  • needles or bodily waste
  • burst pipes in public toilets
  • fallen trees or trees at risk of falling
  • unsafe play equipment

Other issues

If the issue is not urgent, you can report it online.

You will be asked to:

  • choose the type of space (play area, cemetery, open space)
  • give details of the damage
  • tell us when and where you saw it
  • upload a photo if you have one
