Before you start work
Ensure the following steps are completed before beginning any activity:
- Do not start work until you have received official written permission from us
- Read the guidance notes provided to understand your responsibilities
- Review the schedule of charges relevant to your event or activity
- Payment information: An invoice will be issued - we do not accept cheques or cash
Fees for regularly recurring events
- Initial administration fee: £101 (charged only with your first application)
- Annual occupation charge: £10 per square metre
- Note: you will not be charged the admin fee again for identical annual renewals
Fees for one-off events
- Administration fee: £101
- Occupation charge: £8 per square metre
