If you no longer operate as a booking office
If you are no longer operating a premises as a taxi and PHC booking office you should email the licensing team to confirm this in writing and return the licence to your local licensing office.
If your taxi and PHC booking office licence has expired, and you have not requested a renewal you must return your licence to your local licensing office.
