Other charges
Additional charges include:
- booking ahead, for instance by phone: £1.00
- bridge tolls or ferry charges, where applicable
- airport car parking charges (receipt must be provided as proof)
- a supplementary booking charge may be applied to compensate for the cost of an outward journey. The maximum charge will be the actual cost which applies at the time of travelling between the taxi's starting location and the pick-up or drop-off point. This is in addition to the fare for the journey itself. This supplementary charge is only applicable if the customer is informed of the additional charges at the time of booking
Soiling
Up to £150 if a vehicle must be removed from service for cleaning after being soiled by a passenger.
Luggage
A maximum of £10 will be charged for the transport of bulky items which cannot be safely or reasonably accomodated in the boot of the hire vehicle. This can only be charged if the customer is informed of the charge at the time of booking.
The additional cost does not apply to any mobility equipment, such as wheelchairs or walking aids.
