What is the Plus One Scheme?
The Plus One Scheme helps people who need support to access sports, leisure, and cultural venues across the Highland Council area. If you require a carer or attendant to access these facilities, you may be eligible for a Plus One card. This card allows your carer or support person to enter participating venues with you free of charge.
To apply, you must live in the Highland Council area and meet one or more eligibility criteria, such as receiving certain benefits or being registered blind. You’ll need to provide proof of your address, proof of eligibility, and a passport-size photo.
This form guides you through the application process. Once completed, you can post it, email it, or take it to your nearest Service Point.
Please check with venues before visiting, as availability of concessions may vary. The scheme is made possible thanks to the generosity of participating venues.
