We offer a home visiting service to the families of any young child with additional support needs, which may affect their development and learning.
We work to support young children within the home and support their placement into Early Learning and Childcare (ELC) settings through consultation with parents and staff.
We work in collaboration with families and other agencies to identify goals and demonstrate play and learning strategies to ensure a complete approach to continued learning.
