Where to get help if you have been affected by abuse or violence

If you have experienced domestic abuse, sexual violence, or any form of harm, support is available. You do not have to go through it alone.

The services listed offer confidential advice, support, and practical help.

You can contact your local Women’s Aid service for support, advice, and help to access safe accommodation:
