Shared areas and responsibilities
If you live in a flat or shared building, you are responsible for:
- cleaning communal stairs and landings (unless a caretaking service is provided)
- using shared drying areas properly
- keeping bin areas tidy and using the correct containers
Do not block shared spaces or park vehicles where they may cause an obstruction.
