Airport services and facilities

Public Service Obligation (PSO) – Wick Route
For questions, feedback, or suggestions regarding the Wick PSO service, email info.aerodromes@highland.gov.uk.
Flight cancellations
If a flight is cancelled, the following support will be provided:
- full refund - passengers are entitled to a full refund if the cancellation results in an arrival delay of more than 5 hours
- road transfer - where possible, passengers will be offered a free road transfer to their destination
- alternative flight - passengers may choose a free seat on the next available flight instead
