Documents we will give you
After registration, we will issue:
- a Certificate of Registration of Death (Form 14) – sent directly to the funeral director
- a abbreviated death certificate (extract) – free of charge
- full certificates (extracts) – available to buy during or after your appointment
You can choose to collect your certificates from the Registration Office or have them posted to you by standard Royal Mail.
