What you need

- date of birth
- National Insurance number
- passport number
- driving licence number or vehicle registration
- details of any benefits or services they were receiving
- details of any public sector or armed forces pensions
- name and contact details of their next of kin or executor
You must have permission from the next of kin, executor or administrator before sharing their details.
