What the law says
Self-catering properties listed for non-domestic rates must pay for waste collection.
We are only allowed to collect waste from non-domestic properties if:
- the owner asks for the service
- the cost of collection is paid
Non-domestic rates do not include waste collection. Waste services are charged separately.
