Who can apply
You can apply if:
- there is no public toilet nearby run by The Highland Council or another Comfort Scheme provider
- your business or organisation is happy to make toilet facilities available to the public
What you will get
You could receive a monthly grant of £50 to £300, depending on the facilities you offer. Funding is available for either 7 or 12 months of the year.
Agreements last for 3 years and are reviewed before renewal. You can charge or request donations of up to 50p per person.
The grant amount is based on a scoring matrix, which you can request when applying. A legal agreement is also required.
