We have two policies that guide how we manage Common Good Funds.
This policy sets out the main principles for how we:
- govern Common Good Funds
- look after Common Good assets
- manage and use the funds
Policy for disposal or lease of Common Good property for a consideration less than market value
This policy explains when we can lease or sell Common Good property for less than market value. It adds to our wider policy on how we manage council-owned property.
