You can apply if you:
- are aged 16 or over
- live in Caithness or have a local connection
- are eligible for public funds
Before you can bid, you must be registered with the Highland Housing Register.
What size of property can you bid for
The number of bedrooms you are eligible to bid for depends on the size and makeup of your household.

| Couple or parent with 2 children | 2 or 3 (depending on ages) |

| Couple or parent with 4 children | 4 |
This is based on the Highland Housing Register Allocation Policy. In some cases, you may be considered for a larger property.
